Please  kindly read the polices below before purchasing any goods.

If you have any questions about the products, tracking of delivery etc kindly submit a form on the CONTACTS PAGE on the home page of my website or email info@spiritualsapphires.com and I am more than happy to assist with your enquiry as soon as possible.

 

PRICING OF ITEMS

  • Pricing of items are non-negotiable, please kindly refrain from contacting me regarding this as this request will be declined.

  • Pricing fluctuates and may require to be increased without informing the customer. This will not affect previous or current orders that have been processed before the increase was put in place.

  • If a product has been purchased the product will be sold at the price and postage cost at the time of purchase.

  • Any items purchased after the price increase has occurred will be sold at the new price.

  • Any items in the basket, not yet purchased will be sold at the increase price

DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS

  • These are products have slight imperfections and sold at a discounted price

  • Images and descriptions are provided, please view and read them carefully

  • Once purchased you are accepting the product from the images and description provided. These cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned

DELIVERY

  • Products aim to be delivered between 3-4 days and will only be processed from the date of completed sale.

  • Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Payment is required before an order is packed and posted, failure to do so will result in the product not arriving on time.

  • Some delayed deliveries are out of my control but I will do my best to update you where I can as soon as possible.

  • If you have an issue with the courier, please kindly inform me. This will help me improve the running of my company and file a complaint to the delivery service.

  • We do not provide international shipping and will only accept orders placed at a UK address ONLY.

TRACKING DELIVERY

  • If you wish to track delivery, please kindly contact the CONTACT page on the website or email info@spiritualsapphires.com

  • Kindly note tracking information may take 2-3 days , once you have submitted a contact request form or email please be patient for a response. I will get back to you as quick as possible.

 

ISSUE/COMPLAINT WITH A PRODUCT

  • If you have an issue with a product or a complaint I kindly ask you message me with proof, invoice and images of the product and I will work as quickly as possible to rectify this for you.

  • I kindly ask you do not leave a bad review on my business until you have given me the chance to investigate and resolve the issue

 

CARING FOR YOUR PRODUCTS

Please take care when handling/ cleaning your products. Failure to do so may result in damage to products. Kindly read the below before purchasing a product.

  • I advise care information on the product description when purchasing the product , if this is not followed this may result in damage to the product/ causing a fault with it.

  • If you request a refund and the product is damaged for not caring for the product as I have advised above this will result in the refund request being declined and you not being refunded

RETURN/REFUND REQUESTS

  • A return request must be submitted in all instances if an exchange or refund is required

  • If you a returning a damaged product we require a return request to be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product. We require the invoice provided with delivery and images of the damage.

  • If you wish to return an item for refund or exchange an item please kindly contact the CONTACT page on the website or email info@spiritualsapphires.com.

  • Kindly do not send a return item without submitting a form on the CONTACT page on the website or email info@spiritualsapphires.com and wait for the request to be accepted with an email response..

  • See DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS section on this document if you have purchased a discounted product

  • Once return request has been accepted, please make sure to post in the original packaging. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Returns/refunds will only be processed if the product is received by Spiritual Sapphire’s within 30 days of the customer receiving the product. They will be refunded at the price and delivery charge at the time of purchase.

  •  Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days.

  • The customer is required to pay for postage of the return, you MUST provide proof of postage from your post office and respond back to the email correspondence used to report the return.

  • Spiritual Sapphire’s has the right to contact the customer if it has been advised that the product has been returned but has not been received at the company address provided.

  •  Failure to follow the above bullet points may result in delay/ no refund being processed, and the product being returned back to the customer

  • Please be patient when a refund is being processed, depending on the way the item was paid for there may be a delay in a refund. I can assure you if a refund request is processed, accepted and the product is returned in the correct condition a refund will be provided.

INFORMATION REQUERED FOR A REFUND/RETURN

  • Proof of purchase -invoice/order confirmation, reason for return, images and information of damage to item

  • Failure to follow the above will result in a delay for the refund being processed/ or not at all

  • We collect personal information such as name, email address, and payment details.

  • Your information is used to process orders, manage your account, and improve our services.

  • We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information.

  • We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties.

  • Please keep any products away from children or pets

  • When using candles it is important to use fire safety precautions.

  • Some products sold are flammable or fragile, please take care when using

  • None of the items sold are to be consumed
