This item is customisable, message info@spiritualsapphires.com with how you would like your design to be. I will then advise if this is possible and send you images of what I can put in the mould. Cost is subject to change depending on what is required.
Before the order is placed I will request which image you would like put in the heart. I will provide a design via email of what it is expected to look like.
Please note colours and design may not be an exact representation of the item once arrived , as the image I will create is only a rough idea and not the actual product.

If you are unsatisified with a product BEFORE RETURNING , please email info@spiritualsapphires.com or submit a form on the contacts page advising the reason for return.
RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED- If you have damaged the product yourself a return will not be accepted. If a product is sent back and a return has not been accepted a refund will not be processed.
Once return has been verified kindly package the product up in original packaging and send to return address provided.
PLEASE NOTE -Failure to send item back in correct packaging may result in no refund or full refund not being given at all.
Products must be sent back within 30 days of the date the return request has been accepted.
Delivery is 3-4 days
